Where can I buy the Baucis collections?

The Baucis collections are only sold on the e-shop.

Delivery

Questions about delivery times and costs.

What are the delivery times ?

In mainland France, packages are generally delivered between 3 to 8 working days following the day your order is shipped.

What is the cost of delivery ?

The cost of delivery depends on the package you choose, but we offer a basic package at 8.80 euros. For two or more items purchased, delivery is free.

Can I have it delivered internationally? (excluding mainland France)

Delivery is possible worldwide. However, delivery costs may vary depending on the country: delivery costs are calculated automatically when validating the basket.
Please note that customs fees may be applied in certain countries outside the European Union. They are random and the responsibility of the recipient.

How do I know where my package is?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to follow the delivery status.

Is the return my responsibility?

Return costs are your responsibility.

When will I be reimbursed?

The refund will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days from receipt of your return package, via the payment method used when placing your order, if the return was made in compliance with the rules set out in the General Terms and Conditions.

Each Baucis piece is imagined and prototyped in Paris, to then be made in one of our workshops in France.

We accept payments by credit card, PayPal and Apple Pay.

Is the Baucis site secure for making online payments?

Yes, our site is secure thanks to the HTTPS protocol and PCI DSS certification.

Can I modify or cancel my order once it has been validated?

If your order has not yet been shipped, it is possible to modify or cancel it by contacting us by e-mail at contact@shopbaucis .com.

What should I do if I encounter a problem with my order or delivery?
